Through the use of leading-edge Solidworks 3D CAD & Cosmos FEA software, our advanced gear geometry helps to increase tooth strength, reduce friction and, most importantly, minimize parasitic drivetrain losses. Transmissions built with MFactory PRO Series Gears transfer, on average, 1-2% more power to the ground over our competitors!
Part of the testing criteria for our gears included extreme hot-lapping and tuning sessions on loaded dynos which ensure that not only are our gears strong enough to handle the shock loads encountered during Drag Racing, they are also durable enough to handle the variable loads encountered during day-to-day Street Driving.

INSTALLATION / MAINTENANCE INFORMATION

INSTALLATION: Any warranty claims arising as a result of the failure of any part will ONLY be entertained if installation was carried out by either ourselves (click HERE for details) or an official installer. All official installers have met and passed our strict criteria required to install a Genuine MFactory Competition Products Transmission Component. RECOMMENDED FLUID: When ordering your MFactory Dog Gear Set, we highly recommend that you order our Torco Racing Transmission Fluid (RTF) at the same time. For your convenience, we offer Half Cases (6 x 1ltr Bottles) which is sufficient for the initial break-in period of your new transmission component(s) (approx. 1 tank of gas) and the subsequent fluid flush. DO NOT use Gear Oil in your Honda Transmission. Doing so will cause more damage than good, especially the expensive Synthetic/Performance Gear Oils. Please click here for further information.
RECOMMENDED BEARINGS: Whether you are installing a new MFactory Forged Transmission Component, or just doing routine maintenance, we highly recommend that you change your Transmission Bearings at the same time; this small investment can save your transmission from premature failure.
